A tapestry of culinary experiences... I was born in Europe, trained in Provence and at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. I have an insatiable passion for diverse cuisines, and indulging in them with others. My classes emphasize the fact that great food is art, with the plate being your canvas. Each of our palettes create unique pieces of art. And I am confident you will discover this in any of my hands-on culinary classes.
